Ever notice how some aspects of midlife can SNEAK UP on you, and in others it hits like a SLAP in the face?
It can feel like open space allowing some new FREEDOM, while at the same time, that new freedom feeling is comparable to a giant GAPING VOID.
Those perceptions can all exist at once, or they can alternate. Maybe they disappear and go quiet, and then scream at you (and everything in between)!
Those niggling physical changes, the friends or partners that may have become unrecognizable, parents needing care, kids leaving, this or that diagnosis, strangled by your lack of voice, exhausted from self-neglect … it’s the PUBERTY of ADULTHOOD!
It’s … messy. The messy middle.
It is a time of challenging changes, no doubt.
You may freeze, hide, and get stuck in this messy middle.
You may find yourself in “life on autopilot” just going through the motions.
Hello cliche “midlife crisis”!
Hard Truth:
Change & uncertainty does not end until your death.
Bridging the gap from uncomfortable, unfamiliar changes to magical possibilities is where I come in - experienced guide & mentor.
We DITCH the crisis mentality and build resilience for the changes that are going to keep coming because… that’s LIFE!

And you can be ready to meet them with grace, ease, empowerment!
My friend, because WE ARE creative, resourceful, and whole…
(*read that again - I firmly believe this - and it underpins all our work together!*)
… the messy middle of uncertainty is where we as humans can shine! This does NOT mean we gloss over your experiences with toxic positivity quotes -- you can go on Instagram and Pinterest for healthy doses of that.
We DO give the challenging things their due; we take care of
YOUR EXPERIENCE ... OF THE EXPERIENCES ... you are experiencing
(how fun was that to read?)
without getting swallowed up in them, or reliving the past ... ad nauseum (sorry talk therapists, no offense).

In this way, we DO create the freedom for new perspectives and opportunities.
We get curious, we take response-ability
and find the MAGIC in your Messy Middle.
I know when to be serious, and when we can find lightness and levity. Together we utilize compassion and response-ability, informed by body-centered coaching techniques and mindful (conscious) awareness, to tune in to your guidance forward.
Being curious is the pixie dust...we sprinkle that stuff everywhere!
